Pyramid Technology (London) Ltd are currently instigating a program of training to bring all our Supervisors up to BISCI registered installer level 1 and our Project Managers to BTEC advanced award in Project Management. All our installations are installed utilizing guidelines laid down in the BISCI TCIM. All our installations comply with the relevant ANSI/EIA/TIA standards. Our quality control procedure is tight including digital photographs of all major aspects of the job.

Pyramid Technology (London) Ltd have a documentation team who work closely with the site supervisors and project managers to ensure that the documentation you receive is 100% accurate. We are so proud of our installs that we provide photographs within the operations & maintenance manuals.

Pyramid Technology (London) Ltd work hard to ensure that our pre and post sales service is exemplary. To improve our service we ask you the client to complete customer satisfaction forms, and give us regular feedback and suggestions.
The first stage is the survey. One of our experienced project managers will call to complete an in depth assessment of your requirements. After consultation we will provide multiple options regarding your chosen system and architecture specification.
Pyramid Technology (London) Ltd will then return to you a fully explanatory quotation outlining materials to be used, number of engineers required, estimated time of completion and cost of works.
Our team of installers will commence work at a time and date agreed to suit your business requirements. At all stages of the installation you will be kept informed by means of accurate progress reports.
Once the contract is completed you will be given a full site inspection of the installation enabling us to ensure that you are satisfied. A full operations & maintenance manual containing scope of works, system information, floor plans, and rack layouts, cable routes, and test results, termination records, patching schedules, digital photographs, quality control reports and warranty information will be provided upon completion.
